Annual Fiscal Year Billing for FY25-26

Annual Fiscal Year Billing for FY25-26 has been completed and invoices will be delivered by US Mail starting 05/21/25. Payments for the FY 25-26 invoices are due on or before 06/30/25.

If you receive an invoice and no longer own the business or if you receive an invoice for your business in the prior owner's name, please complete the Change of Ownership/Out of Business Notice form and attach proof of change, if applicable, to inform us of the change.

If you do not receive your invoice by June 6, please contact the Permits & Licensing Unit at EHPermits@ph.lacounty.gov or call at (888) 700-9995, Option 1 to receive a copy of your invoice.

Payments can be submitted in person, by mail, or electronically. If submitting plans online, an invoice will be generated and emailed to you along with payment instructions. Do not submit your payment until you have received an invoice.

Change of Ownership or Close of Business

If there is a need to make a change to your account due to a change in ownership or the business has closed without a new owner, please complete the Change of Ownership/Out of Business Notice form and attach proof of change, if applicable, to inform us of the change.

Payment Options

Pay by Credit/Debit Card, Electronic Check

Customers are now able to pay for their Public Health Permits and/or Licenses online using their Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), Debit Card, and Electronic Check(ECheck). Please note that there is additional convenience fee charge per transaction using online payment. The convenience fee for Credit/Debit Cards is 2.22% with a $1.49 minimum. Electronic Check fees are only $0.49.

Customers may make payments in person at any of Environmental Health's office locations throughout Los Angeles County or by mail. Acceptable forms of payment in-person include Cash, Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order.

Payments will be accepted between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Cash payments may only be in person, and in the exact amount due. Please note that we are not yet equipped to provide change for cash payments, except for the Cashier's Office at Environmental Health Headquarters in Baldwin Park. We apologize for this inconvenience.
